Belly Dance is an ancient form of dance that originates in the Middle East. Students of belly dance can enjoy greater body control and awareness, a relaxing way to tone muscles, and a creative form of expression.
Belly Dance emphasizes body control and isolation, and its moves are based on the natural muscle structure of the body, making it a fun and natural way to get in shape. It is for people of all ages, shapes and sizes.
